The doctors and staff of Emergency Vet Services of St.Charles are here for your pet when your routine care provider cannot be. We provide economical after-hours care for over 3000 patients a year in the Fox Valley and the surrounding area. Our veterinarians have over 54 years of combined experience helping pets and their people through everything from crisis to second opinion consultation. Our doctors take the time to answer your questions thoroughly after your pet has been evaluated, and are committed to finding the best treatment options for your pet's medical needs and your financial concerns. Even though we will provide your pet with outstanding service, we still have the best emergency vet rates in the area.

Dr. Lynette D. Greenwood and the staff at Emergency Vet Services have provided compassionate emergency veterinary care to the pets of St. Charles and the surrounding community since 1992, continuing the tradition of the emergency center established here in the late 1970s.
Emergency Veterinary Services of St. Charles is a full-service animal ER whose mission is to provide the highest standard of urgent veterinary care for pets. We genuinely care about your pets and all creatures, great and small. Our staff is passionate about veterinary medicine and are well trained in emergent care. We strive to provide professional, affordable, and advanced veterinary medicine and surgery, even at 3:00AM!
EVS offers the pets of the West Suburbs after-hours veterinary medical, surgical, and post-operative care. We utilize the most modern diagnostic equipment, including but not limited to in house CBC, chemistry and electrolyte analyzers, digital x-rays, digital ultrasound, and surgical and cage-side continuous ECG, BP, and oximetry monitoring. Our patients benefit from the use of IV pumps, syringe infusion pumps, IV fluid warmers, blood typing kits and transfusions, antifreeze poisoning tests and antidotes, animal-specific blood glucose monitors, an isolation unit and an in-house pharmacy.
